Refund policy
At SIRKO COMPANY, we strive to provide high-quality products that meet your expectations. However, we recognize that there may be times when you may need to return or exchange a product. To ensure a smooth and hassle-free process, we have established the following return policy:
Products from the categories: Beauty, Herbs, Tea, Bath, Ready-made Gifts
- Product sales are final and cannot be returned.
Products from the categories: Fabric, Dresses, Pants, Outerwear, Bathrobe, Pajamas, Hoodies, Lounge Suits, Kimonos, Coats, Sweaters, Accessories
- Fabric is double checked by Sirko team members and can only be returned with video proof.
- Only unopened and unused products are eligible for return or exchange.
- If you wish to return and exchange your product, you can do so within 5 business days, provided that the goods are unopened and sealed in the original packaging, when sirko has received and I have checked the packaging, the customer will receive a store credit.
- For hygienic reasons, opened or used products cannot be returned or exchanged unless a manufacturing defect is found.
- Sirko is not responsible for covering shipping costs for unused products.
- Sirko is not responsible for shipping delays incurred by USPS, UPS, DHL and FEDEX or other postal services. We ship our products promptly and provide shipping information (tracking number), and lost or stolen packages are not eligible for refund or credit. If your package is lost or stolen, please contact us office@retreatsirko.com.
